We need your help

We are currently conducting a study of employer participation in the Texas workers’ compensation system. This study looks at factors that influence employers’ insurance purchasing decisions. Your company was randomly chosen from information obtained from the Texas Workforce Commission to take an online survey about workers’ compensation insurance in Texas.

All responses are confidential, and answers will be combined with those from all other employers in the sample. The survey is about 15 minutes long. This survey will help policymakers determine the effectiveness of the Texas workers’ compensation system.

Your participation is completely voluntary. You may skip any question and can end the survey at any time.
