Ms. Halperin is a Project Supervisor at the Public Policy Research Institute (PPRI) at Texas A&M University. Her expertise is managing complex data collections often gathered in-person over multiple sites and conducting program evaluation. She has over 20 years of experience in project coordination, survey design, sampling, quality control, and implementation of field interviews and multi-modal surveys for projects in Texas and other multi-state areas. To collect data, she has hired, trained and managed up to 50 part-time employees and conducted focus groups and community listening sessions. Fully involved in projects from preparing proposals to writing final reports, Lisa has worked with researchers at Texas A&M and other universities, state and federal agencies, and foundations.
