Mr. Schulze joined PPRI in 1998 and he is currently responsible for all of the contracts, grants, and agreements. He organizes monthly meetings with all the Principal Investigators to discuss the status of ongoing projects. PPRI usually has about twenty research projects going at any given time. Mr. Schulze tracks all PPRI projects in a Quicken program and reconciles them monthly with the official accounts of the University. He is also responsible for the budgets used in preparing new research proposals. Additional responsibilities include dealing with indirect cost issues; accounts payable backup; and supervising the administrative section of the department.
